Course Objective

To inroduce the works and the poets who wrote Mesnevi in Old Turkish Literature, to reveal our cultural richness.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   In its historical and geographical integrity, to be knowledgeable between the developments which took place at the outside and at the inside of Anatolia.
2   To be able to use the information which are given in the sources that are about poets life and works, to be able to read poetical and prose works which are written in Ottoman Turkish at the level of bachelor degree.
3   To be able to read poetical and prose works which are written in Ottoman Turkish at the level of bachelor degree
