Course Objective

To recognize using of public expenditures at disaster process. Individual and society faced with disaster to analyze the impacts of public expenditure on the welfare effects and be able to gain the ability to interpret.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Gaining awareness associated with disasters and public expenditure
2   To recognize in which public expenditures due to effective mobilization of disaster
3   To recognize relations between financial structure and public expenditures and to know taking place of central budged spending and other public authorities spending
4   During and after the disaster to ensure its ability to analyze of expenditures contribution on individuals and societies welfare
5   Developing able to measure and interprate the welfare effects of public expenditure
