This course will provide you with a comprehensive exposure to research and practices in the field of organizational behavior.

1   To Analyze the behavior of individuals and groups in organizations in terms of the key factors that influence organizational behavior.
2   To Assess the potential effects of organizational level factors (such as structure, culture and change) on organizational behavior.
3   Critically evaluate the potential effects of important developments in the external environment (such as globalization and advances in technology) on organizational behavior.
4   To Analyze organizational behavioral issues in the context of organizational behavior theories, models and concepts
5   To know how to be a function as a productive member of a work team
