Course Objective

To identify the main logistics functions in a business organization, and to evaluate business logistics in the scope of supply chain

1   Describe and discuss what business is and how it is operated in a diverse global economic environment
2   Distinguish between different types of business ownership
3   Describe and apply management functions, human resources management and basic organizational aspects
4   Identify the basic principles of business functions such as production and operations, marketing and financial management
