Course Objective

This course aims to introduce the freedoms in the internal market. The course also focuses on the restrictions and exceptions to freedoms. The course will have special emphasis on the role of the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Will demonstrate understanding of core legal issues of European Internal Market in order to interpret the right of free movement.
2   will be able to apply case law to possible disputes.
3   Will be able to follow the current changes in the field in order to examine the selected topics
4   Will be able to use the terminology in order to discuss the relevant issues.
5   will be able to acquire the skills to work as a team.
