Course Objective |
The purpose of the course is to provide a basic understanding of macroeconomic concepts such as national income, inflation, unemployment. The course provides understanding of short run fluctuations by Keynesian model, money and its uses, monetary policy tools. Alternative views of the effectiveness of fiscal, monetary and other governmental policies are also analyzed. |
