Course Objective

With this course the purpose is for students to know the basic principle of law, law institutions and terms, identifying law problems in time, to gain and improve correct and lawful solution skills.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students will be able to have information about the development of international aviation law and current situation
2   Students will be able to master the content and effects of aviation organizations and conventions affecting international law
3   Students may have knowledge of the role of global practices in legal processes
