Course Objective

To provide students with necessary competences on realizing quality and improvement at housekeeping department by informing students on hygiene, room setting, related materials and procedures at housekeeping department.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to practice the procedures used in housekeeping operations.
2   Being able to use the chemicals in housekeeping operations.
3   Being able to use the machinery and equipment in housekeeping operations.
4   Being able to prepare the rooms with the hygiene and operation standarts.
5   Being able to manage the relationship between housekeeping operations and the other departments.
