Course Objective

The course objective is to give a comparative evaluation of modernization movements and its revolutionary actions in the last 500 years.

1   know informations about basis and content of Comparative Modernization and Revolution Movements
2   understand causes of modernization and revolution movements in the last 500 years
3   explain relationship among democracy and modernization
4   make a comparative explanation of historical background of modernization schools
5   analyze late non-western modernizations and their revolutionary passages
