Course Objective

The aim of this course introduce and teach major poets and writers in Turkish Sufistic Literature.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Learn major poets in Turkish Sufistic literature
2   Understand positions of Hacı Bektaş-i Veli Kaygusuz Abdal, Abdal Musa, Hacı Bayram-ı Veli and Niyazi-i Mısri in Turkish Sufistic literature
3   Could evaluate reflactions of sufism s methapors to poetry.
4   Can define types and works of Sufism
