Course Objective

Understanding the determinants and issues in the field of international migration, to follow the current agenda and to be able to debate these issues in a critical manner.

1   To understand the key concepts and determinant factors in the field of international migration
2   To understand the determinants of migration governance
3   To understand elements of various types of migration and societal inclusion of immigrants
4   To develop awareness and engage in critical debate on issues pertaining to the global migration agenda

6   To develop communication skills through in-class participation and presentation
