Course Objective

The main purpose of this course is to teach Ottoman language, the spelling rules of
Ottoman language, Arabic language, and help students read literary and historical
texts.

1   Have a better understanding of the source languages
2   Read and write Arabic letters
3   Translate the written texts into modern Turkish
4   may have information about the location of the historical the relevant period
5   can be analyzed the information obtained from different Ottoman sources
