This course aims to provide knowledge on the foundations and strategies of visitor experience management in museums.

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

1. A series of lectures will be given on visitor experience management in museums.
2. Each week, students will be given reading documents on lecture topics to be prepared individually.
3. Students will have one group assignment.

Assessment Criteria

For the term projects, the context of the projects, the preparation of students as a team and their presentation skills will be assessed. The study findings should also be submitted as written reports. Each report should cover the aspects of visitor experience management discussed in the class.
