To explain and teach the basic principles and rules related to Protection of Cultural and Natural Assets. To explain and teach the relationship of this discipline with other disciplines, with public law and private law disciplines.

1   Define the basic concepts concerning the Protection of Cultural and Natural Assets
2   To explain the relationship between Protection of Cultural and Natural Assets and other branches of science except law
3   To compare public and private law in the field of Cultural and Natural Assets
4   To examine the contribution of international law and institutions on conservation of Cultural and Natural Assets
5   To apply the rules for the protection of Cultural and Natural Assets to judicial and administrative judiciary proceedings

5 The effect of regulations established by the United Nations and which are relating to the Protection of Cultural and Natural Assets to Turkish Law
6 The effect of regulations established by the Council of Europe and which are relating to the Protection of Cultural and Natural Assets to Turkish Law
7 Ministries and public agencies charged with the protection of cultural and natural assets
8 Structure and functions of the High Council for Protection of Cultural and Natural Assets
9 Structure and functions of the District Board of Preservation
10 Concepts and types of cultural and natural assets and protected areas
11 The constitutional duty of the State to protect Cultural and Natural Assets
12 Protection of Cultural and Natural Assets by the way of administrative and judicial litigation
