Course Objective |
To reveal the security need in disasters for disadvantageous groups such as women, children, adults, disabled people and elderly people; to increase and improve social capacity administratively and personally, strengthening the weakest links which have the weakest social resilience according to disaster types; to take administrative and spatial precautions aimed at preventing any possible harm to disadvantageous groups from disasters; |
