Course Objective |
It is aimed to evaluate development of strategies and in disaster and emergency administration historically. Also effectiveness of changes in organisational structure will be evaluated by the means of contemporary disaster administration. Administrative functions (from planning to budgeting) of disaster and emergency administration and related organisational structures with best applications all over the world will be compared. Relation of current organisations and legal arrangements will be evaluated to produce analytical solutions. And also it will be evaluated by the wiev of general problems about disaster and emergency administration. |
