Course Objective

Methods of diagnosis and treatment of narcolepsy, idiopathic hypersomnia, recurrent hypersomnia, and other hypersomnia of central origin observed in the clinic.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To have knowledge about healthy sleep periods and interpersonal variability
2   Have knowledge about the definition of excessive sleepiness , methods of clinical and electrographic assessment and evaluation of accompanying symptoms and clinical findings related to excessive sleepiness
3   Have knowledge about all clinical disorders which can lead to daytime sleepiness
