Course Objective

With this course, students, to provide an overview about Wide Area Network (WAN) and communication structures. To comprehend applications of protocols, explain the structure of the WAN. To recognize the basic network devices.

1   Can be able to Network Address Translation (NAT)
2   Can be able to configuring the DHCP and DHCP Relay
3   Will be able to define the main concepts of WAN
4   Can be able to explain the structure of the WAN
5   To be able to set up a WAN
6   To be able to define applications of protocols
7   Can be able to explain devices used in network systems, what devices should be chosen for what types of networks, and features of the devices.
