Course Objective

The aim of this lecture is to give comprehensive teorical knowledge about properties of matter, atoms and theories, periodic table and atomic properties, nomenclature of chemicals and reactions, chemical bonding theories, radioactivity, fundamentals of organic and inorganic chemistry, gases, fluids and solids and also improve the ability of thinking about basic terms of chemistry.

3   Learn the periodic properties of elements
4   Learn the chemical compounds
5   Learn the properties of gases.

7   Learn the fundamentals of inorganic chemistry
8   Learn the fundamentals of organic chemistry

It is calculated by taking 40% of midterm exam and 60% of the final exam success rating.

The students' level of comprehension of learning outcomes will be evaluated by measuring with midterm exam and final exam.
