Course Objective

1.To give information about conceptual framework of communication
2.To give information about functioning of communication process, importance and necessity
3.To teach the basic elements and types of communication
4.To develope verbal and nonverbal communication skills in interpersonal communication
5.To teach types and dimension of communication in organizations

1   Students learn definition and concept of communication
2   Students analyze the communication items
3   Students develop the verbal and written communication skills on working life and privacy of them
4   Students learn the communication types used on working life
5   Students, evaluate communication in the social and cultural context.

It is calculated by taking 40% of Midterm exam and 60% of the final exam success rating.

Assessment Criteria

The understanding degree of students to 6 learning outputs is evaluated by midterm and final exams.
