Course Objective |
The Turkish Civil Code, adopted in 1926, is one of the most important fundamental laws regarding women's rights and equality between men and women. The changes made in the law over time are also extremely important in terms of reaching the targets in this direction. In this context, the development of women's rights in the Turkish Civil Code and current legal arrangements will be discussed in our course. |
