Course Objective

The aim of this course is to learn the concepts and theories about women and gender, to give information about the research methods used in awareness studies on patriarchal culture in practice, and to introduce the stages of a scientific research, the ways of choosing a field and topic, data collection methods and their main techniques.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   The ability to learn the basic concepts of women and gender is acquired
2   Basic training and theoretical training evaluation trainings for women and education
3   Students learn about the purpose, ways and presentation of scientific research.
4   Gain skills in learning data collection methods and techniques with subject and field selection
