Course Objective

The aim of the course is of explain credit facility for risk, financial management, financial decision-making issues and teach modelling techniques in these issues computer environment.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to gain background for working at banks, financial institutions, businesses and regulatory public institutions, and with having this theoretical and technical base will be able to solve the job-oriented questions easily.
2   To be able to apply required techniques for management of financial units.
3   To be able to measure and analyse the process of credit facility for risk at banking.
4   To be able to learn the techniques of financial analysis and modelling at computer environment.
5   To be able to build a model to solve financial problems, analyse the reasons of finanacial success/failure and generate strategies at financial issues.

2 Related to the Financial Statements to be prepared for the analysis Transmission and Purification Operations and Financial Statement Makeup
3 Classical Analysis Techniques (Vertical Analysis, Trend Percentages, Comparative Analysis, Ratio Analysis, Profit Planning Analysis, Change in Net Operating Capital and Funds Flow Analysis)
4 Scenario Analysis, New Analysis Techniques (Cash Flow Approach Measurement of Achievement the Financial Operating s, Chesser, Altman and Bathory Early Warning Models, FCV, FC)
5 Within the scope of Basel II Risk Management and Financial Rating Techniques
