Course Objective

To determine tax liabilities and responsibilities of businesses, by remaining within legal limits, to determine the strategies that the tax burden felt at minimum.

1   To be able to distinguish between the concepts of supervision and control
2   To be able to learn the required international standards for the validity of the independent external supervision
3   To be able to schedule the supervision process
4   To be able to learn the supervision evidences, classifying working papers
5   To be able to make the distinction between Internal control and internal supervision
6   To be able to establish the relationship between the internal control system and internal supervision in banking
7   To be able to define supervision and inspection system in banking

6 Banks' risk management
7 Internal control and internal supervision systems
8 The concept of risk and risk management in banking (Midterm exam will also be held this week after course hour)
9 Banks' internal control system
10 Banks' internal control activities
11 Monitoring of the internal control system and correction of errors (internal supervision)
12 Information technology and information security control, computer-assisted supervision techniques / tools in banks
13 Inspection and examination of Banks
14 Reporting and investigation
