Course Objective

To teach Legislation that applied by banks, as a commercial institutions, during collection of deposits and lending operations which are main functions of banks, legal problems that arise and the solutions

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to understand the principles of organization and operation of banks
2   To be able to learn the deposit transactions in legal terms within the framework of the banking law
3   To be able to learn the loan transactions in legal terms within the framework of the banking law
4   To be able to learn the legal problems and solutions that Banks face within the framework of their activities
5   To be able to evaluate the banking law comparatively in the national and international context
