Course Objective

The aim of the course is to examine and discuss the principle of fair trial, one of the basic principles of criminal procedure, within the framework of Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights and the decisions of the ECHR.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to disert the elemants of the fair trail principle
2   Being able to evaluate the articles of the code of criminal procedure ralating to the fair trail principle
3   Being able to comprehend the international aspects of the fair trail principle
4   Being able to understand how the fair trail principle important for the human rights law
5   Being able to know about the domestic and international concequences of the breach of the fair trail principles
