Course Objective

It is aimed to introduce students characteristics, principales and rules of Labor Law. By the help of this education, students will be able to immobilize the situation (duediligence) encountered all kind of Labor law matters. Also by expalining main characteristics of employment contract it is aimed to recognize the legal problemencountered in work-life and to provide students solve this cases by the help of their knowledge.

2   Being able to understand termination with notice, job security and reinstate
3   Being able to define the types of the termination of employment contracts
4   Being able to analyse triple labor relations and understand their diferences
5   Being able to use knowledge related to labour law
