Course Objective

To train professional nurses who has extensive knowledge for providing a healthy and safe workplace, develops programs in health care management, contributes to the field by doing scientific research, and takes the lead in solving problems

4   Explain national and international legal regulations related to occupational health
5   Explain the relationship between work and health
6   Explains the historical development of occupational health and occupational health nursing
7   Explain and discuss the roles and functions of occupational health nurses
8   Knows the principles of health education and counseling for employee health
9   Can plan health protection and development programs for work environments
10   Develop solutions for problems arising from working environments (occupational diseases, occupational accidents) by using nursing process
11   Define general occupational health and safety problems in work environments
12   Knows the developments in the provision of occupational health services
