Course Objective |
In this course, basic concepts and principles of cognitive behavioural theory and psychotherapy approach belongs to this theory will be introduced; topics including cognitive behavioural assessment, case conceptualization, structuring the first and subsequent interviews, techniques utilized in the identification and modification of automatic thoughts, intermediate beliefs and core beliefs, termination of treatment and relapse prevention will be covered. The theoretical knowledge will be supported with the help of case examples and hypothetical role-playing homeworks. |
