Course Objective

to explain the main sociological concepts, social constructions and institutions, and tne relations between them.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   At the end of the course, the student will be able to discuss historical development of sociology,
2   to know main concepts of sociology,
3   to construe the relations between sociology and the other human sciences,
4   to analyse contemporary social constructions and instittutions,
5   to discuss ethics of sociological surveys.
