Course Objective

The objective of this course is to discuss the problem of human rights as a problem of philosophy of law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   At the end of the course, the student will be able to know the human rights that are handled in the course,
2   explain basic texts on human rights,
3   distinguish first-order rights from second-order rights,
4   argue the universality of human rights,
5   evaluate the problems about human rights.
