Course Objective

Importance of rehabilitation, goals, rehabilitation team members' functions,
definitions of injury, disability, handicap. The reasons of sports injuries, local
symptoms and signes in musculoskletal system injuries. Rehabilitation principles and
practice in acute, subacute, chronic stages of sports injuries. The complications of
immobilization, the criteria of returning to sports activities and protection rules for
a long lasting sports life.

5   Identify common courses in sport injuries rehabilitation
