Course Objective

In general, the concept of dangerous goods to identify and to deal with all aspects of the transport of dangerous goods, different types of dangerous goods of different transport modes, and the legal, operational, and make observations on a sectoral basis, the possible effects on human health and the environment, and to be informed about the results, in terms of both security and safety is to be aware of dangerous goods transport operations.

Assessment Criteria

- The load (cargo), understanding the concepts of dangerous cargo and transportation, Learning the types of goods and transportation modes, The concept of multi-modal transport of dangerous goods and economic aspects of transportation dangerous goods with written exams ,
- To raise awareness of environmental protection at sea, awareness on environmental legislation and practices with in-class activities,
- Dangerous goods to learn about the national and international legal regulations with prepared homework and presentations ,will be evaluated.

Student who is on the course without any excuse on presentation day, homework / presentation grade of 0 (zero) will be.
