2 Voyage charter parties
3 Time charter parties
4 Bareboat charter parties
5 Freight markets, Freight Indexes and forward freight agreements
6 Role of Bills of lading in charter parties
7 Midterm Exam
8 Voyage estimation and freight calculation for dry bulk and general cargo ships and calculation of T/C equity
9 Worldscale and Voyage estimation and freight calculation for tankers and calculation of T/C equity
10 Negotiation in Charter agreement
11 Fixing the ship and drawing the charter party
12 Voyage charter party laytime interpretation rules 93 (Voylayrules 93)
13 Laytime calculation for tankers and Laytime calculations for dry cargo vessels
