Course Objective

Tourism geography aims to examine global tourism activities and identify different geographic regions, countries and continents from the touristic point of view. Accordingly, the course aims to dwell on the world geography and have knowledge about the geographical features of different locations associated with tourism.

1   Have knowledge about world geography
2   To Comment on the relation between tourism and geography concepts
3   To differentiate region, country and continent concepts geographically
4   To distinguish specifications of important regional differences from the touristic point of view
5   To evaluate important issues in marine tourism in terms of tourism and geography, criticize and support with creating new models
