Course Objective

This course aims to provide students with basic knowledge about social media as well as written, visual and auditory media.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to describe basic concepts related to the media.
2   Being able to explain the effects of media on social relations and working life.
3   Being able to comprehend and analyze the formal and contextual features of media messages.
4   Being able to critically analyze media messages.
5   Being able to design, produce and develop innovative ideas about media.
