Course Objective

The aim of the course is to increase knowledge and skills on musculoskeletal system diseases, healing processes and treatment applications of the cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sacral regions and sacroiliac joint.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Knows the biomechanical properties of cervical and thoracic regions
2   Knows and evaluates musculoskeletal diseases in the cervical and thoracic region and composes physiotherapy program
3   Knows the biomechanical properties of lumbar and sacral regions
4   Knows and evaluates musculoskeletal diseases in lumbar and sacral region and composes disease-specific physiotherapy program
5   Evaluates sacroiliac joint and pelvic pathologies and composes physiotherapy program
