Course Objective

To give information related to the fields of cardiothoracic, obstetrics and gynecology and general surgeries.


Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Knows cardiothoracic surgeries.
2   Knows genital organ anatomy, menstrual disorders and their treatment.
3   Knows the physiological process of pregnancy and labor, possible complications and contraception methods.
4   Knows the procedures of upper and lower abdominal, bariatric, breast and transplantation surgeries.
5   Knows postoperative pulmonary complications, liquid and electrolyte equilibrium.
