Course Objective

The student who completes this course learns the clinical features of psychiatric diseases and physiotherapy and rehabilitation approaches in individuals with psychiatric diseases.

1   Knows diagnosis of psychiatric disorders according to DSM V manual.
2   Learns biopsychosocial approach
3   Learns the relation of mental health and physical activity
4   Learns physiotherapy approaches in individuals with psychiatric disorders.
5   Comprehends the current literature on physiotherapy applications in different psychiatric diseases.
