Course Objective

The objective of this course is to learn the physiotherapy of neurological system diseases.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To know the definition of neurological physiotherapy, and the methods of assessment and treatment of neurological physiotherapy.
2   To know the etiology, prognosis and symptoms of the Multiple Sklerosis, Parkinson disease, central and peripheral nerve injuries and fascial paralysis.
3   To do appropriate physiotherapeutic assessment and to plan treatment program in Multiple Sklerosis, Parkinson disease, central and peripheral nerve injuries and fascial paralysis.
4   To know the etiology, prognosis and symptoms of the poliomyelitis, Gullian Barre and Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
5   To do appropriate physiotherapeutic assessment and to plan treatment program in
6   Knows and provides the safety of the environment and patients.
