Course Objective

To teach physics concepts to solve computer science problems.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to identify the electrical charges, electrostatic forces and the law governing these forces.
2   Being able to describe the basic concepts of magnetism.
3   Being able to explain the electrical and magnetic properties of materials
4   To be able to calculate the parameters of the circuit elements in basic electrical circuits.
5   To be able to apply the basic principles of electricity and magnetism to situations encountered in the physical world.
