To give basic information about regulation of surface water and underground water.

1 Groundwater (the concept, the historical development of water law)
2 The rules adopted civil law (which is the subject of private law private property waters)
3 The rules adopted civil law (general and special waters)
4 Private waters (water resources, water resources utilization, precedent cases for water resources).
5 Public waters (benefit from the general waters. Precedent court cases related to the overall water)
6 Law, rules and regulations on Waters (law of territorial waters, fisheries law,about the village drinking water laws, laws about the cold and hot mineral waters)
7 Groundwater Law I (Law No. 167 of groundwater)
8 Groundwater Law II (the responsibilities imposed by law)
9 Midterm exam
10 Groundwater Law III (Document works)
11 Ground water Law statutes and regulations
12 Technical Regulations for Groundwater (DSI)

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

This course is a theoretical course in the classroom lecture and discussion on problems related to the subject in the form of creating artificial problems will be covered. Responsibilities of relevant laws and rules and regulations imposed will be created in the class discussion.
