Course Objective

It is aimed to comprehend the general definitions, concepts and rules related to natural stones within the scope of Mining Law No. 3213 and Implementation Regulation as amended by Law No. 5995.

1   To define mining and law terms in TC Mining Law
2   To specify the description and classifying of ores as mining law
3   To describe the mining activities related to prospecting and operating of ores as mining law
4   To define the observation and control of mining activities
5   To describe transactions related to the transfer, inheritance and abandonment of mines as mining law

10 Permissions in mining ativities
11 The observation and control of mining activities
12 Technical supervisory, the mission and appointment of technical supervisor
13 Transactions related to the tranfer, inheritance and abondanment of mines
14 Implementing regulations of mining law

The lecturer of the course tries to give a technical skill by straight narrative technique.
