1 Marketing concept, development, stages, modern marketing approach, examination of marketing variables
2 Evaluation of goals and strategies (concept of goal, concept of strategy) in marketing
3 Situation analysis, evaluation of competition and competitors, market customer analysis (market factors, market potential, determining the market) SWOT analysis
4 Marketing plan measurement evaluation and correction (surveillance and measurement of programs, control and evaluation of results, taking corrective steps)
5 What is business and business management. Basic concepts about business. Definition of business, Entrepreneur and professional manager. Development of business management.
6 Establishment studies of the business. Economic study, Technical study, Financial study
7 Human Resources and public relations

10 Functions of top associations in export and import, what is the capacity report, what does it do
11 Responsibilities of the parties according to the payment methods
12 What is the return of the goods, under what conditions are returned and what are the obligations it brings
13 What are the consignment and settlement procedures What are the advantages and disadvantages
14 Introduction of concepts such as 5S, 4P and their application forms
