Course Objective

The purpose of this course, students of molecular biology and genetics laboratories learning tools and techniques commonly used, for what purpose the tests, and to provide an understanding of how the mechanisms.

1   Tools and techniques commonly used in molecular biology laboratory have been learned.
2   Gain knowledge and experience about the DNA Isolation
3   Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and gene duplication of information and experience on win
4   gain knowledge and experience about RNA Isolation
5   gain experience about Nucleic acids from agarose and acrylamide gels and information monitoring
