Course Objective

At the end of this course, students will be able to use individual, group and mass communication tools and methods effectively in agricultural extension. In addition, the students are aimed to solve the problems in rural areas and extension system in a participatory manner to analyze the knowledge, skills and attitude of the farmers' living standards have aimed to provide upgrades.

1   Being able to tell individual extension tools and techniques.
2   Being able to present banners, brochures such as visual materials effectively.
3   Being able to apply the group tools and techniques.
4   Being able to explain the differences between technology transfer and participatory extension approaches.
5   Being able to collect knowledge with participatory extension.

11 Facilitation skills, group tools and methods
12 The mass communication tools and methods
13 Selection of appropriate tools and methods to extension work; local information systems
14 Identification of the problems and hopes and the preparation of extension programs
