Course Objective

At the end of this course, students will know the material of the seed and will have knowledge of the basic principles of plant production, seed physiology, seed technology, plant breeding and seed policies.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to tell to the seed material and physiology of seed material.
2   Being able to explain to the seeds collected, cleaned and stored.
3   Being able to evaluate the quality of the seed.
4   Being able to apply seed viability tests, the direct and indirect test methods.
5   Being able to tell to the basic concepts of plant breeding.
