Course Objective

At the end of this course, students learn the basic concepts of law, legal practices in agriculture, the current understanding, social and ethical values related to agricultural production in addition to their statutory duties and responsibilities.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   : Being able to examine sources of law and specifies related to agriculture in the constitution and the civil law.
2   Being able to clarify legal problems faced by the agricultural employees.
3   Being able to examine main law groups related to agriculture, agrarian reform laws and laws related to co-operatives.
4   Being able to determine the authorization of the public and legal persons in agricultural sector.
5   Being able to collect information related to labor law for agricultural workers and social security of employed in agriculture on his own behalf
