Course Objective

Teaching related to agricultural appraisal terms and methods, appraisal report preparation and transfering information guide on expertness to students.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to determine appraisal critter and methods according to different purpose ( expropriation, tax, credit etc.).
2   Being able to explain appraisal methods that will be used according to characteristics of agricultural properties (land, farm, orchard, building etc.)
3   Being able to explain legal procedure related valuation in Türkiye.
4   Being able to compare appraisal methods that used in Türkiye and different countries.
5   Being able to comment agricultural data.
6   Being able to prepare appraisal report.
