Course Objective

The aim of this course is to give students a broader perspective on the contemporary issues of accounting, taxation, finance and auditing, and the role of accounting information and audit process in capital markets.

1   Being able to explain finance and financial concepts.
2   Being able to estimate future and current time value of money.
3   Being able to understand independent audit process.
4   Being able to identify the factors affecting corporate cash flow.
5   Being able to understand tax responsibilities of companies.
